Job Description

As an Engineering Manager, you will lead a team in the data infrastructure unit, responsible for data collection, transformation, and storage. You will support architectural decisions, drive project delivery, and navigate technical and cultural challenges across distributed timezones.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of backend engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture
• Support architectural decisions and review technical approaches
• Drive the successful and timely delivery of high-impact backend/data projects
• Help the team navigate technical, cultural, and organizational challenges across distributed timezones

Requirements

• Solid experience as a backend or data engineer
• At least 2 years of experience in engineering management or technical leadership
• A pragmatic and structured approach to engineering management
• Familiarity with technologies such as AWS/Azure, Kafka, Scala, Go, ClickHouse, Singlestore is a plus
