Job Description

As Director of Talent Acquisition Excellence, you will shape how we plan, scale, and measure success across our global recruiting function. This role ensures our TA strategy is data-driven, future-ready, and aligned with business goals. You’ll lead intra TA workforce planning, capacity modeling, and performance analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain scalable TA capacity models to forecast hiring demand vs. recruiter bandwidth
  • Set baseline performance metrics to inform hiring strategy and budget planning
  • Identify capacity risks and propose solutions
  • Identify performance improvement initiatives to guide annual planning and strategic roadmap
  • Define and evolve KPIs that drive accountability and effectiveness across TA
  • Partner with TA Ops and People Analytics to ensure dashboards, reports, and insights fuel weekly, monthly, and quarterly business rhythms
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights for TA leaders and executive stakeholders
  • Lead quarterly and annual recruiting planning in partnership with Finance and Business leaders
  • Help optimize the recruiter, sourcer, and coordinator mix to support hiring goals
  • Ensure recruiting capacity aligns with shifting business priorities while staying within budget
  • Work closely with the TA Leadership Team, HRBPs, People Analytics, and Finance to connect recruiting strategy with broader workforce and business plans
  • Participating with the business on their Strategic Plans for hiring and ensuring we are aligned to deliver
  • Strategic planning for TA to drive service, capability or performance improvements
  • Contribute to talent strategy discussions and scenario planning tied to business growth and transformation

Requirements

  • 2+ years in Talent Acquisition managing capacity, demand planning, and metrics
  • 7+ People Analytics, Performance or Workforce Planning experience
  • Proven ability to build and scale performance frameworks, capacity models, and planning tools
  • Analytical mindset with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and experience working with ATS/CRM and reporting tools
  • Skilled at connecting data to decision-making, with excellent storytelling and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable in a hands-on role where you’re building processes while influencing executive strategy
