Job Description

Babylist is seeking an Ad Operations Specialist to manage direct media campaigns across a suite of advertising products, and oversee the CRM system. The role involves managing campaigns, analyzing data, and providing accurate reporting. Collaboration with various teams is essential, reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage direct media campaigns
  • Oversee the CRM system
  • Manage inventory
  • Pull and consolidate reporting
  • Ensure digital media campaigns are served accurately
  • Manage Boostr as a CRM and BI tool
  • Maintain documentation of ad operations processes
  • Provide data and reporting for the Partnership team
  • Provide monthly reporting for revenue recognition

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in ad operations and inventory management
  • Experience with a wide range of ad products
  • Expertise in Boostr
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with analytics and ad ops tools
  • Familiarity with NetSuite, Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, Sigma, Looker, and Indicative
  • Ability to pull and consolidate reporting
  • Comfortable working in an agile environment
