Job Description

Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking a Lead MLOps Engineer to support and extend the operational backbone of their next-generation Agentic AI platform. The role involves managing hybrid pipelines, ensuring system resilience, and providing architectural guidance to a global operations team.

Responsibilities

• Design and build intelligent CI/CD pipelines
• Lead creation and orchestration of AI agents
• Monitor real-time agentic execution
• Extend and maintain support for existing Java microservice deployment pipelines
• Collaborate with AI, DevOps, and Engineering teams
• Provide hands-on technical guidance to a global ops team
• Ensure high availability and recovery readiness

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred
• 8+ years of experience in DevOps, MLOps, or platform engineering roles
• Strong experience building CI/CD pipelines using Maven, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, NPM, Yarn, Nx
• Deep understanding of Java microservice architecture
• Proficient in Azure DevOps
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker), Kubernetes, and cloud-native operational models
• Excellent troubleshooting, performance tuning, and infrastructure debugging skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor globally distributed technical teams
