Job Description

The Vice President of Product Operations will lead the architecture and scaling of a world-class product operations function to accelerate PointClickCare’s ability to deliver value to healthcare clients. This role focuses on driving time-to-money acceleration, integrating AI-driven decision-making, and enabling cross-functional alignment across a rapidly evolving product portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI and machine learning integration into product operations
• Build AI-powered operational dashboards
• Foster a culture of experimentation and continuous learning
• Own annual and multi-year product planning processes
• Implement portfolio management frameworks
• Drive data-driven prioritization of product initiatives
• Design and implement a time-to-money framework
• Partner with Finance, GTM, and Customer Success to track product ROI
• Establish a value measurement system
• Serve as the operational architect for the Product organization
• Lead performance management through scorecards and KPIs
• Partner with HR and Talent to build a high-performance culture
• Develop a unified product health scorecard
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to mitigate churn risks
• Lead the operational integration of newly acquired business units
• Develop and deploy integration playbooks
• Drive change management

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in product operations, product management, or strategy roles
• Experience leading product operations and transformation initiatives
• Deep experience with AI/ML integration into business operations
• Demonstrated success in portfolio management and strategic planning
• Experience leading post-merger integration is desirable
• Strong understanding of value-based healthcare and SaaS metrics
