Job Description

PagerDuty is seeking a Majors Account Executive to grow existing accounts and acquire new business, focusing on expanding relationships and prospecting for new clients in a tech-forward environment.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate product value to new and existing customers
  • Balance account growth and new business acquisition
  • Develop and execute account expansion strategies
  • Establish and maintain client relationships
  • Conduct high-level executive conversations
  • Ensure thorough pipeline management
  • Utilize marketing and BDR programs for new opportunities
  • Develop territory and account strategies
  • Collaborate with internal resources

Requirements

  • 5+ years of field sales experience in software/SaaS sales
  • 3+ years of experience in expanding relationships and acquiring new business
  • Experience with Commercial or Enterprise Account Management
  • Strong time management and analytical skills
  • Consistent history of exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively
  • Experience with Sales Methodology training
