Built is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Sr. Integrations Solutions Engineer to join their team. This role involves acting as a technical expert during pre-sales, implementation, and post-sales processes to help customers integrate the platform with their systems. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, independent work environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand integration needs and develop solutions
• Act as the technical lead during onboarding and implementation
• Deliver product demos focused on integration capabilities
• Design, build, and support API-based, ETL, and middleware-driven integrations
• Develop integration specifications, sequence diagrams, and data mapping documentation
• Ensure data accuracy, system performance, and security compliance
• Provide deep technical insight into integration processes and best practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues
• Assist clients in testing and validating integrations
• Work with Product and Engineering teams to communicate customer requirements
• Partner with Customer Success to ensure successful adoption and satisfaction

Requirements

• 3+ years in a Solutions Engineer, Integration Engineer, or similar role
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, XML, Webhooks, and authentication methods
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or shell scripting
• Experience with integration platforms or middleware
• Hands-on experience integrating with core banking or financial ERP systems
• Independent, self-motivated individual who can take initiative
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
