Job Description

Built is seeking a full-time Office Administrator for their Nashville, TN office. The Office Administrator sits within Built’s Operations team, supporting the overall workplace experience and helping ensure a smooth, functional, and welcoming environment for employees and visitors alike. This role is required to be onsite 5 Days a week.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all office vendors and service providers
  • Monitor office supplies and consumables
  • Manage vendor service schedules and access
  • Support workplace logistics
  • Coordinate weekly and monthly food programs and beverage services
  • Track recurring orders and contracts
  • Monitor the facilities Jira queue
  • Assist with shipping, receiving, and mail distribution
  • Serve as backup support for ad hoc operational needs and projects

Requirements

  • Experience coordinating office operations or facilities logistics in a corporate environment
  • Ability to manage vendors, contracts, and recurring services
  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Workspace, Jira, and online ordering systems
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to be onsite 5 days a week
  • Proactive and detail-oriented
  • Friendly, professional communicator
  • Reliable and solutions-focused under pressure
  • Comfortable working independently and cross-functionally
