Job Description

Support partner launches across DeFi, consumer, enterprise, and institutional verticals within the Avalanche ecosystem. Coordinate campaigns that span content, social media, community, and PR. This is a Junior role ideal for someone with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a desire to grow quickly within Web3 marketing.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of go-to-market plans for partner launches
• Project manage timelines, asset development, approvals, and campaign logistics
• Assist in the creation of content and messaging
• Help coordinate with PR, social, and community teams
• Track campaign results, surface insights, and compile post-launch summaries
• Manage internal tools and trackers
• Participate in cross-functional meetings
• Provide day-to-day support to the Growth Marketing team leads

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, partner success, or product/project coordination
• Working knowledge of crypto/Web3
• Proactive mindset with strong organizational and time management skills
• Clear communication skills
• Eagerness to learn, take feedback, and grow quickly
• Comfort managing multiple workstreams and timelines in parallel
• Experience with tools like Notion, Figma, GSheets, and/or basic design or copywriting skills
