Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor for customers
  • Provide strategic consultation in taxonomy design, instrumentation, and data governance
  • Guide customers in integrating Amplitude into data flows and business processes
  • Gather, organize, and report trends and customer insights
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline internal processes and improve data management

Requirements

  • Execution and customer service oriented skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem-solving mentality and positive attitude
  • Prior experience with SaaS solutions in product analytics, digital marketing, A/B testing, business intelligence, customer data platforms, or data warehouses/pipelines
  • At least 5 years of customer-facing technical experience
  • Competent in programming languages and concepts
