Job Description

The Acquisition Associate, Influencer Partnerships will support and own components of TFD's influencer marketing program. This role will focus on growing influencer partnerships to increase brand recognition, trust, authority, and ultimately, customer acquisition while reinforcing TFD's industry leadership by aligning with partners who authentically share our values and mission.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and ongoing management of partnerships
• Work with internal teams to align partnerships with brand values
• Utilize analytical skills to suggest improvements and optimizations
• Assist in managing budgets
• Drive results through strategic partnership management
• Prioritize mission and organizational objectives
• Help develop and implement influencer marketing strategies

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in managing influencer relationships
• Customer-centric approach
