Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce strategy, including evolution, configuration, and integration
• Integrate AI-driven workflows to improve sales productivity and insights
• Design and optimize GTM tools for seamless integration with Salesforce
• Prioritize user experience and ensure platforms are intuitive and reliable
• Drive cross-functional alignment with GTM teams
• Manage system roadmaps and prioritize high-impact initiatives
• Optimize vendor relationships for GTM tools

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or GTM Technology
• Deep hands-on mastery of Salesforce administration, configuration, and architecture
• Multiple Salesforce certifications are a plus
• Proven ability to design and optimize a best-in-class GTM tech stack
• Strong understanding of current and emerging AI technologies
• Strong project management skills
• Clear communication skills
• Resourceful and detail-oriented with a builder mentality
