Greenlight is seeking an AI Software Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI-powered software solutions for user-facing products, fraud detection, customer service automation, and marketing automation. The role involves developing AI workflows, integrating AI systems, and contributing to AI infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong software engineering background, experience with AI/ML techniques, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy AI-powered software solutions
• Develop AI workflows and infrastructure
• Partner with product managers to bring AI features to life
• Implement prompt engineering strategies and RAG
• Integrate AI systems into core architecture
• Contribute to AI infrastructure and pipelines

Requirements

• Strong software engineering background
• Experience with distributed systems or microservices
• Understanding of AI/ML techniques
• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering and related frameworks
• Experience with Databricks or equivalent ML platforms
• Ability to design and maintain ML pipelines
• Track record of shipping high-impact products
• Curiosity and excitement for AI
