Job Description

Greenlight is seeking a Full-Stack Software Engineer for their Web Core team to bring core Greenlight functionality to the web and support other web teams. The role involves building new web experiences, supporting web development, and scaling backend services.

Responsibilities

• Building new experiences for the Greenlight website
• Supporting all web development within Greenlight
• Working in a strong team to deliver on web products
• Adding incremental features while balancing new features and tech debt
• Scaling and maintaining backend services
• Improving the reliability and availability of the platform

Requirements

• BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• 3+ years software development experience
• Ability to context switch in a fast-paced environment
• Eye towards performance, scalability, and observability
• Experience building single page applications using a modern framework
• Experience building REST APIs
• Experience building backend services
• Understanding of the build/measure/learn process
• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation (preferred)
• Experience working with modern MarTech tools (preferred)
