Job Description

The Director, Clinical Strategy will support HeartFlow’s efforts to generate clinical evidence, aligning clinical data generation strategy with technology, product, marketing, market access, and regulatory strategies. They will monitor trends in cardiology, clinical AI, digital health, regulatory, and reimbursement landscapes to inform clinical strategy and collaborate with clinical advisors, key opinion leaders, investigators and academic institutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop clinical evidence strategies for current and in-development products
• Design clinical trials and real-world evidence studies
• Support key scientific publication activities
• Represent the company at scientific meetings
• Lead scientific/medical exchange and communication
• Establish and maintain relationships with external advisors
• Plan and conduct Advisory Boards

Requirements

• Strategic mindset with a focus on collaboration and excellence
• Ability to embrace patient-centric values
• Ability to work in a smaller team environment
• Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and quality
• Ability to travel up to 25%
• >10 years in clinical research and strategy, with at least 8 years related to cardiovascular medicine
• Advanced degree preferred
