Job Description

A Customer Journey Analytics Analyst is needed to work on a project with an international client as a contractor for an estimated 6 months. The role involves implementing and optimizing Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Define tracking requirements across web properties
  • Implement and manage tracking tags using Adobe Customer Journey Analytics
  • Ensure data quality and accuracy in collected analytics
  • Analyze user journeys and provide insights to guide business decisions
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and analytics teams

Requirements

  • Advanced English proficiency
  • Strong expertise with Adobe Experience Cloud, particularly Customer Journey Analytics
  • Experience in web analytics tagging and tracking implementation
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret and validate data
  • Solid experience in data integration and processing related to web analytics
