Job Description

Houzz is seeking a Recruiter to identify, engage, and hire talent for Revenue and G&A organizations. The Recruiter will partner with hiring managers to develop sourcing and closing strategies to find the best talent.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting in partnership with hiring managers
• Source, engage, and recruit passive talent
• Manage inbound candidate pipeline
• Screen and qualify prospective candidates
• Track leads/candidates and maintain data integrity
• Build relationships with hiring manager teams
• Handle candidate offer and close
• Represent Houzz as a brand ambassador
• Engage and collaborate with recruiting teammates
• Brainstorm innovative sourcing/recruiting strategies
• Develop a good understanding of the recruiting process

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of high-volume recruiting experience
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions
• Experience using an ATS
• Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills
• Proven organizational skills with attention to detail
• Strong work ethic and a sense of personal accountability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
