The Director, Delivery (Telecom) at TELUS Digital will manage a portfolio of telecom clients, overseeing project delivery, coaching teams, and developing client relationships. This role focuses on delivery success, team and client feedback, account growth, and profitability.

Requirements

• 10+ years of leadership experience in the Telecommunications industry
• Bachelor's degree or MBA in a related field
• Demonstrated success in team collaboration and client success
• Track record of driving operational excellence
• Experience in Enterprise-scale Telecom systems
• Hands-on with Open source development platforms and order management systems
• Experience in reporting tools
• Strong understanding of technology trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strategic thinker
• Ability to build and lead high-performing teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
