Job Description

A Sales Executive (SE) is a pivotal in-market sales role at Beam Benefits. In this role, you will establish and expand partnerships with brokerages within your territory by focusing on building and nurturing lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed sales objectives, including booking targets
  • Execute Beam's sales process
  • Establish and expand relationships with brokerage partners
  • Maintain accurate sales data
  • Stay informed about new product launches
  • Track and analyze activity and sales metrics
  • Collaborate with sales leadership
  • Use Salesforce to track opportunities

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience
  • Experience in the insurance industry preferred
  • Ability to generate and analyze reports
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to learn new product lines
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
  • Passion for building relationships
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
