Job Description

The Bilingual Client Support Manager works with partners to ensure the best customer experience, leveraging data to identify areas of improvement and working collaboratively to enhance the customer experience. Additional duties include client audits and pipeline management.

Responsibilities

  • Provide world-class customer service in Spanish and English
  • Partner with installers to improve the customer experience
  • Act as the primary point of contact for escalated client issues
  • Resolve customer questions and concerns
  • Communicate with installers regarding projects
  • Manage a pipeline of projects
  • Document client interactions and resolutions
  • Conduct monthly partner due diligence checks
  • Analyze data and spot trends
  • Conduct investigations into fraudulent activities
  • Provide support via email, phone, and chat
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude
