Responsibilities

  • Schedule interviews across multiple departments
  • Assist recruiters with candidate management in Greenhouse Recruiting
  • Provide a smooth and inclusive hiring experience
  • Work with hiring managers and interviewers to schedule interviews
  • Process hires and onboard them in Workday
  • Manage candidate and recruiter support requests
  • Contribute to recruiting projects

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a Talent Acquisition or HR role
  • 1+ years of experience using applicant tracking systems
  • Experience using Greenhouse applicant tracking system
  • Experience managing multi-step recruiting processes
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
