Job Description

Mozilla is seeking a Product Manager to ensure Firefox delivers a fast, stable, and private browsing experience. This role involves monitoring and improving the overall health and quality of Firefox by defining and tracking key health metrics, prioritizing areas for improvement, and working horizontally across teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify and establish metrics to gauge Firefox health
• Regularly report on product health
• Collaborate with user research and customer support teams to understand user problems
• Partner with engineering and design teams to address issues impacting performance and reliability
• Build and share reports and dashboards to communicate product health

Requirements

• Product Management experience related to data and data analysis
• Strong SQL skills
• Advanced visualization and modeling skills
• Capacity to grasp complexity quickly
• Ability to integrate data, insights, and customer understanding
• Attention to detail
• Excellent planning and project management skills
• Superb written and verbal communication
• Solid understanding of technical architecture and data infrastructure principles
