Loop is seeking a Product Manager to drive product strategy, build roadmaps, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance the post-purchase experience. The role involves understanding user needs, conducting competitive analysis, and contributing to the company's growth in a flexible work environment.

• Create a strong understanding of the Loop product and build relationships with stakeholders
• Conduct discovery activities that lead to a product roadmap
• Build a clear roadmap and get alignment with stakeholders
• Build an outcomes-driven product strategy
• Collaborate with stakeholders to balance important items
• Build a point of view on partner experience goals
• Conduct competitive analysis
• Demonstrate empathy and curiosity
• Share interest to solve problems for users

Requirements

• 3+ years product management experience, building technical products
• Comfortable working in an Agile environment
• Accustomed to changing priorities and fast-pace initiatives
• Experience with network based business model products is a plus
• History of achieving product goals
• Building products where you deeply understood a user's needs
• Conducted competitive analysis and used the findings to make the product better
• Operationalized a strategy to more deeply understand users' needs
