Job Description

The Senior Manager of Practice Operations will lead a team to optimize performance in CCM, EMO, and UM, reporting to the Director. They will manage clinician resources, licensing, and staffing to meet KPIs/SLAs and scale operations. The role involves streamlining administrative functions, enhancing data-driven decision-making, and optimizing national coverage with clinical teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage KPIs of operational team members
• Create and implement data-driven staffing and resource plans
• Develop and oversee multi-state clinical licensing strategy
• Manage caseload distribution across states
• Improve scheduling practices
• Establish and analyze key metrics
• Ensure effective use of health IT
• Lead clinic initiatives and program launches

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required, Master's preferred
• 3+ years experience in population health or care coordination
• Proven ability to use data analytics
• Demonstrated project management and leadership skills
• Strong understanding of value-based care models
• Experience with EHR systems and care management data analytics tools
• Exceptional collaboration skills
• Successful project delivery track record
• Effective and empathetic communication
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and common office software
