Job Description

Surglogs is seeking a native English speaker to join their Support team and assist customers on the West Coast, working night hours from 7:30 PM to 2:00 AM CET. The role involves building and maintaining log templates, assisting with client onboarding, and providing excellent customer support.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain log templates and documentation
  • Assist with client onboarding, setting up notifications and user roles
  • Learn the Surglogs platform to build and update custom instances
  • Adapt to process changes and provide accurate answers
  • Help new clients set up their centers
  • Respond to client questions via chat, phone, or email
  • Manage multiple support requests
  • Assist the Customer Success team with account configuration
  • Maintain and update knowledge bases
  • Identify and report technical issues
  • Keep client records up to date in Salesforce
  • Share insights to improve client training, product design, and support efforts
