Job Description

The Manager of Customer Success for Growth will lead a strategic part of Workato’s global business, developing experiences to drive customer success and retention. This leader will be responsible for architecting the engagement journey for existing Growth customers.

Responsibilities

  • Fully own customer outcomes for Workato’s Growth customers
  • Deliver an end-to-end customer journey and experience for Workato’s Growth customers
  • Ensure broad adoption of the best digital experiences
  • Partner with cross-functional teams
  • Forecast customer health and churn
  • Implement an engagement strategy
  • Build and manage a high-performing Customer Success team
