Job Description

Maven is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join their IT team in New York City. This role involves monitoring, maintaining, and supporting Maven’s computer systems, applications, and network, providing Level 1 technical support to internal users, and assisting with IT operations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 1 technical support
  • Triage IT requests and escalate tickets
  • Support products like Google Workspace, FreshService, Okta, Slack, Zoom, Jira, and Jamf
  • Maintain asset management of Macbooks and IT inventory
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding employees and contractors
  • Support Maven office environment
  • Help with contractor lifecycle management
  • Assist IT team with projects

Requirements

  • 2+ years of IT/helpdesk support experience
  • Located in NYC area and willing to work full time in office
  • Experience with Google Workspaces products
  • MacOS support experience
  • Experience with FreshService
  • Experience with deploying MacOS upgrades/updates
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
