• Maintain homes and housekeeping
• Deep cleaning, organizing, and stocking amenities
• Correspond with local and central teams
• Manage a team
• Support team with guest and homeowner concerns
• Develop relationships with property owners
• Perform light home maintenance
• Conduct regular inspections
• Meet Vacasa standards and metrics
• Manage a budget
• Resolve guest and homeowner concerns
• Partner with Business Development Representative
• Establish and maintain relationships with team members
• Provide cross-coverage
