Job Description

Vacasa seeks a hard-working, energetic employee passionate about delivering excellent customer service by providing personalized attention to guests and owners to maintain a growing portfolio of vacation homes.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for guests, vendors, and owners
  • Take incoming and make occasional outbound phone calls, and respond to emails or chats
  • Assist with the creation and delegation of maintenance and housekeeping tickets
  • Verify unit availability to assist with scheduling vendor or realtor visits
  • Meet and maintain Vacasa standards and metrics
  • Build and maintain business relationships and open lines of communication with other internal support teams

Requirements

  • Technical computer skills on all forms of hardware
  • Professional in all forms of communications
  • Ability to work well under pressure in an agile, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Highly responsive and reliable
  • Strong attention to detail
