Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for guests, vendors, and owners
Take incoming and make occasional outbound phone calls, and respond to emails or chats
Assist with the creation and delegation of maintenance and housekeeping tickets
Verify unit availability to assist with scheduling vendor or realtor visits
Meet and maintain Vacasa standards and metrics
Build and maintain business relationships and open lines of communication with other internal support teams
Requirements
Technical computer skills on all forms of hardware
Professional in all forms of communications
Ability to work well under pressure in an agile, fast-paced environment
