Job Description

The Global Tier 2 HR Service Delivery Team Lead will manage a team specializing in Compliance, Auditing, and Benefit & Leave of Absence administration. This role ensures accurate and timely processing of HR transactions, maintains compliance with laws and regulations, and provides exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the HR Service Delivery team
  • Assign and monitor workloads
  • Conduct team meetings and performance reviews
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Manage and coordinate HR audits
  • Oversee benefit program administration
  • Manage leave of absence processes
  • Identify and implement process improvements
  • Develop and maintain documentation
  • Provide customer service to employees

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
  • 5+ years of HR experience with a focus on compliance, benefits, and leave of absence
  • 2+ years of team leadership experience
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Understanding of global benefit programs and leave policies
  • Experience managing HR audits
  • Proficiency in Workday and case management is preferred
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
