Job Description

PagerDuty seeks a seasoned leader to build and lead the Market Intelligence function, developing market understanding, analyzing customer segments, and translating insights into actionable strategies for marketing, sales, and product development.

Responsibilities

  • Drive competitive strategy and articulate differentiation
  • Lead market research initiatives
  • Develop and refine customer segmentation frameworks
  • Maintain a repository of research reports

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, market research, or related field
  • 3+ years’ experience leading a marketing function
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Deep understanding of B2B segmentation principles
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to build strong partnerships
