WillowTree is seeking a Talent Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for various roles, partnering with leaders to ensure an efficient hiring process and a positive candidate experience. This is a 6-month contract opportunity with the possibility of full-time conversion.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting
• Partner with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and interview plans
• Source and maintain relationships with top talent
• Conduct interviews to assess skills and fit
• Provide timely communication with candidates and hiring managers
• Partner with hiring teams to build diverse teams
• Use data to improve recruiting outcomes
• Serve as a brand ambassador
• Effectively use recruiting tools

Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in engineering, technology, design, digital products, data, or AI/ML
• Experience sourcing and engaging passive candidates
• Ability to manage a high-volume of candidates
• Commitment to inclusive hiring
• Experience building relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Ability to adapt recruiting strategies
