Job Description

The Human Resources Coordinator provides administrative and functional support in areas of the Human Resources Department, primarily supporting pre-employment and onboarding programs.

Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative and clerical tasks to support the Human Resources Department
  • Manage employment offer letters, background checks, and new hire onboarding
  • Assist with day one onboarding, including orientation, paperwork, and I-9 verification
  • Prepare and track new hire, vendor, and transfer reports
  • Communicate data as appropriate
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 2-4 years’ experience in a professional office atmosphere
  • Ability to establish credibility and partnership
  • Effective interpersonal skills
  • High level of confidentiality
  • Strong work ethic and resourcefulness
  • High degree of organizational skill and detail orientation
  • Effective communication skills
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer programs
