The Human Resources Coordinator provides administrative and functional support in areas of the Human Resources Department, primarily supporting pre-employment and onboarding programs.
Responsibilities
Perform administrative and clerical tasks to support the Human Resources Department
Manage employment offer letters, background checks, and new hire onboarding
Assist with day one onboarding, including orientation, paperwork, and I-9 verification
Prepare and track new hire, vendor, and transfer reports
Communicate data as appropriate
Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
2-4 years’ experience in a professional office atmosphere
Ability to establish credibility and partnership
Effective interpersonal skills
High level of confidentiality
Strong work ethic and resourcefulness
High degree of organizational skill and detail orientation
Effective communication skills
High proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer programs
