Job Description

The Manager, Payroll reports to the Director, Global Payroll Operations and is responsible for managing payroll operations, ensuring compliance, and leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage direct reports
• Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing
• Process and report stock activity
• Manage relationship with PeopleOps
• Act as subject matter expert for payroll implementation projects
• Ensure compliance with regulations
• Manage data integration
• Stay up-to-date on tax laws
• Work with contributors and People Ops
• Manage external reporting
• Develop and implement processes
• Be the contact point for audits

Requirements

• 7+ years of payroll administration experience
• 3+ years of payroll team management experience
• Experience with SOX compliance
• 2+ years of ADP Workforce Now experience
• Workday experience preferred
• Public company experience
• Proficiency with Google Sheets
• Detail-oriented and self-directed
