Job Description

The People Business Partner serves as a strategic HR advisor supporting VP-level executives and their organizations within the Security division, combining strategic talent management with hands-on execution to identify top talent, drive performance excellence, and develop comprehensive people solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provides support and feedback to client groups and consults with managers in talent strategy
• Identifies great talent internally and externally
• Develops and presents solutions to senior leaders
• Develops and drives People programs and processes
• Leads client group to maintain a high bar for performance
• Analyzes trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies
• Works closely with management and team members to improve work relationships
• Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning
• Participates in driving iterations related to company-wide Talent Programs
• Executes on company-wide Talent Programs within their client group

Requirements

• Relevant People Business Partner experience supporting leaders within technical groups (Security and/or Engineering)
• Expert-level experience in HR competency areas
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work well with fluid information
• Effective and concise verbal and written communication skills
• Obsessed with results
• Team player who acts with a sense of urgency
• Ability to solve complex problems
• Very strong EQ, with fine-tuned instincts and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with Global Talent
• Comfortable with high volume and fast-paced workload
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Master’s degree and/or HR Certification strongly preferred
