Job Description

Cloudflare is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to manage post-sale experiences for enterprise customers. This role involves building relationships, providing product knowledge, and ensuring customer satisfaction through quarterly reviews and proactive engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer lifecycle post-contract
  • Foster strong customer relationships

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience in cloud security in a customer-facing role
  • Strong understanding of computer networking, cloud security, and internet workings
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data
  • Familiarity with Gainsight is a plus
  • Proven track record in planning and executing successful Business Reviews
  • High degree of empathy and a customer-centric mindset
