Job Description

The Revenue Operations Specialist will support sales and account management teams, manage quote-to-cash processes, improve workflows, and operationalize client engagement signals. This role requires detail-oriented individuals to take ownership of high-impact projects that drive revenue outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage deal desk including renewals and quotes
  • Support sales and account management to drive client growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for contract execution and invoicing
  • Optimize and develop GTM tech stack including Salesforce
  • Maintain CRM data integrity
  • Optimize current business processes

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience with CRM-Salesforce management
  • Proficiency in CRM and GTM operation tools
