Job Description

This is a field sales role focused on running and closing deals, with less emphasis on sourcing opportunities. You’ll manage 100-150 accounts, supported by a team of BDRs sourcing leads. Most of your work will be in-person, including onsite visits, presentations, and conferences to engage school leaders like Superintendents and Communication Directors.

Responsibilities

  • Lead conversations with K-12 school systems around branding, marketing, and school communications
  • Demonstrate Thrillshare’s value through in-person visits, team meetings, and building local partnerships
  • Manage accounts, including onsite visits, presentations, and conferences
  • Handle discovery calls, product demos, objections, proposal delivery, and follow-ups
  • Lead engaging conversations with school leaders
  • Discuss why school districts need a strong brand to compete
  • Prepare for calls and meetings
  • Focus on long-term growth

Requirements

  • Considerable experience working in or with K-12 School Districts
  • Proven track record of developing relationships with senior leadership
  • Experience demoing complex software products
  • Ability to stay positive
  • Ability to manage workflow and schedule
  • Self-starter
  • Experience presenting or communicating in a professional environment
  • Ability to write effective emails and engage professionally
  • Not afraid to engage with others
  • Enjoys building professional relationships
