Flow is seeking a Commercial and Corporate Counsel in NY, NY to advise and represent clients in all corporate lifecycle phases, manage due diligence, draft commercial agreements and corporate documents, and advise on legal risks across business operations.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• 2 years' previous experience as an Associate in Big Law firms
• Prior experience working with startups
• Familiarity with tax and data privacy laws
