The Complete Vehicle “Customer” Audit Supervisor leads and oversees the audit processes of finished vehicles to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer expectations, coordinating audit activities, identifying quality concerns, driving corrective actions, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain audit schedules
• Monitor and analyze audit results

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 3–5 years of experience in quality assurance or audit processes in the automotive industry
• Experience in leading teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in quality management systems
• Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize
• Familiarity with automotive manufacturing processes
• Quality-related certifications are a plus
