Job Description

The Seasonal Planning and Travel Logistics Coordinator will assist with various tasks revolving around tent pole and in-house events, including but not limited to: hotel reservations, group blocks, airline flights and ground transportation.

Responsibilities

• Process flight and car requests for remote events
• Prepare and distribute detailed travel itineraries
• Coordinate parking and transportation
• Assist in day-to-day processing and tracking of travel logistics
• Liaise with all departments to sync communications
• Ensure all travel is in line with NFL policy
• Communicate with Production Management to ensure travel information is current
• Assist with hotel room blocks and communicate with hotel contacts
• Assist with tracking travel costs
• Assist in maintenance and organization of travel documentation
• Assist with any ad hoc projects
• Assist with ancillary production management tasks
• Work closely with Culture and Business departments on in-house and employee events

Requirements

• Previous experience working within Excel
• Prior work within a hotel setting or knowledge of hotel contracts
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently under stressful situations and tight deadlines
• Flexible work schedule
