Job Description

The Salesforce Developer III will be responsible for aiding the process of defining and developing the system requirements of our internal business partners. The Salesforce Developer III will also lead the development of technical documentation and provide training on the systems and processes developed by the Enterprise Applications group.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Business and Application Analysts to validate requirements and determine methods
• Develop and maintain Apex to extend Salesforce
• Design, configure and build customized solutions in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Revenue Cloud, BillingPlatform and other integrated Salesforce apps
• Maintain code documentation and write/maintain test classes
• Perform technical support processes
• Evaluate new products and services
• Provide long term design guidance
• Coach and mentor peers on Salesforce development best practices

Requirements

• University degree or College diploma
• Salesforce Administrator certification
• Salesforce Platform App Builder certification
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification
• 5+ years’ experience as Salesforce Developer
• Expert understanding of Sales & Service Cloud key concepts
• Experience with Conga and Kantata
• Proficient in Apex, JavaScript, and LWC
• Demonstrating strong written and verbal communication
• Collaborating across multiple internal teams
• Demonstrating organization, time management, and multi-tasking skills
• Communicating with technical and non-technical audiences
• Expertise with DevOps processes and tools like Copado
• Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification (preferred)
