Job Description

The Compensation Manager will lead the evaluation, development, and implementation of compensation structures, manage the annual compensation planning cycle, and ensure programs are competitive and aligned with the compensation philosophy. This role will collaborate with HR, finance, and the HRIS team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and maintenance of compensation plans and policies
  • Manage the annual compensation planning cycle
  • Evaluate salary data to determine pay grades
  • Drive the development and maintenance of compensation functionalities within HCM systems
  • Conduct job evaluations and recommend compensation mixes
  • Participate in salary surveys and analyze market data
  • Partner with HRBPs and Talent Acquisition to identify compensation strategies
  • Manage incentive programs and employee-facing compensation materials
  • Ensure compliance with employment and labor laws
  • Prepare reports and analyses on compensation practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • 7+ years of compensation experience
  • Experience with compensation tools and software (Workday preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of employment and labor laws
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Experience in professional services or advisory role preferred
  • International compensation experience preferred
