Fireblocks is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to drive strategic hiring initiatives, partnering with leaders across GTM, G&A, and IT to attract top talent in the fintech and blockchain markets, owning the full recruitment lifecycle, and building scalable processes.

• Partner with hiring managers to create hiring strategies
• Own the end-to-end recruitment process
• Source top talent using innovative strategies
• Provide data-driven insights on market trends
• Collaborate with global recruiting team members
• Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines
• Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
• Leverage AI-powered recruiting tools
• Maintain detailed pipeline reporting
• Drive process improvements
• Create exceptional candidate experiences

Requirements

• 4+ years recruiting experience, preferably in Crypto / SaaS / Fintech
• Proven success hiring across GTM, G&A, and IT Security functions
• Demonstrated expertise sourcing passive candidates
• Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
• Experience with ATS systems and recruiting analytics platforms
• Digital asset industry recruiting experience
• Understanding of blockchain/crypto talent landscape
• Proven ability to build diverse talent pipelines
• AI-powered recruiting tool proficiency
