Job Description

True Anomaly seeks a detail-oriented Engineering Aide to support the development and integration of advanced aerospace defense systems. The role involves managing documentation, collecting data, supporting configuration control, and ensuring accurate tracking of engineering deliverables in a fast-paced, mission-driven aerospace environment.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain technical documentation
  • Prepare and revise engineering documents
  • Collect and organize technical data
  • Maintain configuration control
  • Coordinate documentation between teams

Requirements

  • High school diploma with 2+ years experience or associate degree
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Familiarity with engineering drawings and documentation standards
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • U.S. citizenship required
  • Prior experience in aerospace or defense (preferred)
  • Familiarity with configuration management tools (preferred)
  • Understanding of engineering lifecycle documentation (preferred)
  • Experience with design reviews (preferred)
  • Ability to learn new software tools (preferred)
  • Exposure to project tracking systems (preferred)
  • Active or eligible U.S. security clearance (preferred)
