tastytrade is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Trade Reconciliation Associate to ensure the accuracy of trade data between internal systems and external counterparties. The role involves investigating discrepancies, coordinating with internal teams, analyzing corporate actions, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily reconciliation of trades
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies
• Perform cash and position reconciliation
• Coordinate with internal teams
• Analyze and ensure proper handling of corporate actions
• Advocate for clients with market centers
• Track and manage unmatched trades
• Maintain accurate trade logs
• Assist in report preparation
• Improve processes
• Support back-office team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• FINRA Series 7, 63, 3 licensing
• Experience in trade reconciliation or back-office operations
• Understanding of trade life cycles and financial instruments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to manage time effectively
