Job Description

The Strategic Sourcing Specialist will join Ping's Strategic Sourcing & Procurement team, reporting to the Senior Manager. The role involves cross-functional collaboration, contract negotiation, and strategic project support. The ideal candidate is a lead negotiator familiar with crafting contracts.

Responsibilities

• Support Source2Pay process
• Build relationships with stakeholders
• Review and negotiate vendor contracts
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies
• Negotiate deals
• Lead financial analyses
• Assist in insurance contract management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field
• 2-4+ years of experience in strategic sourcing & procurement
• High level of self-motivation and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in category plan development
• Familiarity with ERPs and P2P tools
