Job Description

The Sales Supervisor will lead and execute efforts to achieve store goals, focusing on customer experience, sales targets, and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include leading the sales floor, driving customer engagement, managing inventory, and training staff.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed sales goals

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of Retail Experience
  • Experience working with a sales or retail organization
