Job Description

The Quality Assurance Auditor inspects garments to ensure they meet company standards, identifies quality issues, and supports internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of factory samples
• Perform in-line inspections
• Conduct final audits
• Identify and document quality issues
• Inspect returned merchandise
• Provide quality-related feedback
• Collaborate with other auditors
• Assist production teams
• Complete inspection reports

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of experience in garment construction and/or apparel manufacturing
• 1-3 years of quality control experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to read and use a tape measure
• Solid understanding of garment measuring and construction
• Knowledge of fabrics and garment production
• Familiarity with apparel quality control methods
• Ability to prepare and interpret product specification sheets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20-50 lbs
• Capable of performing repetitive hand/wrist motions
• Able to stand for extended periods
