Rowan seeks a dedicated Piercing Studio Nurse to provide safe, clean, and joyful ear-piercing experiences, combining clinical care with a celebratory atmosphere. The role involves customer service, studio support, inventory management, and sales, ensuring a fun and memorable experience for all customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care and a celebratory atmosphere during piercing sessions
• Ensure customer safety and comfort
• Communicate professionally with clients
• Educate customers on aftercare
• Conduct ear evaluations and offer styling advice
• Monitor and resolve customer experience issues
• Maintain a sterile environment
• Provide professional piercing services
• Collaborate with the Studio Manager
• Mentor and train new nurses
• Stock piercing stations
• Sterilize jewelry and instruments
• Follow state, federal, and CDC guidelines
• Support key studio metrics
• Educate customers on products
• Address and escalate operational concerns

Requirements

• Active RN or LPN/LVN License
• Professional and engaging customer care approach
